One of my love languages, though not really a “love language” as Gary Chapman would describe them, is walking or driving through pretty neighborhoods. David and I have spent countless hours hand-in-hand walking or driving through these perfectly manicured neighborhoods talking about how much we love certain garage doors or how well tall grasses goes with rough white rock. So coming to Charleston was just so wonderful for my soul. I spent every morning running through these streets and every night strolling through them. The smell of Jasmine in the air and faint chirps of birds made the walk even better. Just a couple blocks off of King St and it starts to get silent which the introvert and me loved so much. Scroll through to take a walk through these precious streets of historic Charleston and then start planning your next trip there!
