Weddings are something that I have fallen so deeply in love with and one of the reasons why I love weddings so much is because of the fashion. The designer gowns, the custom made suits, the guests who wear their best, and even the unique bridesmaid dresses- aren’t we all thankful for the evolution of bridesmaid dresses?! I’ve always been drawn to fashion and designer made clothes- the unique cuts and colors, the small batches, the change in trends each season, ah, it all is just so good. So this shoot was inspired by my love of couture wedding fashion. It was a mix of a shoot for The Heirloom Bouquet and also just a passion shoot to spark my creative juices before wedding season starts. I’ve loved the trend of tulle in fashion as of late so I pulled from that and also my love of over the top pieces. I threw in some spring flowers for the Heirloom Bouquet piece but also because who doesn’t love flowers?! Give me all the couture wedding fashion editorial shoots and I’ll be happy!
