I love Aria, Minneapolis wedding venue. It was one of the first venues I had ever heard of when I moved to Minneapolis was Aria. I had watched a fashion show there and was in love with the vintage, rustic yet modern feel of the whole place. So when Ashley reached out to me about their Aria Minneapolis wedding I was happy to chat. Ashley and Seth were planning their Aria Minneapolis wedding from out of town so I didn’t get to meet up with them for meetings and such but they did travel up for their engagement session in the winter before their wedding. It was there that I learned of Ashley’s larger than life personality and her adorable laugh and smile.
Ashley and Seth had a huge bridal party- and a huge wedding over all- I believe it was either the biggest or one of the biggest weddings that Aria had ever seen. Ashely got ready with all of her girl friends, cousins, and her “Petal Patrol” in a beautiful hotel in downtown Minneapolis. There were so many laughs in that hotel suite and I just loved to be a part of it!
Ashely had a First Look with her dad at The Basilica of St Mary and then had one with her soon to be husband, Seth. Unfortunately, it was raining most of their wedding day but we made due with what we had and I loved the outcome!
Though I love love love light and airy venues with plenty of natural light and The Basilica and Aria are not those venues. But I loved the challenge of it and trying something new (The Basilica and I are long time friends but Aria is a new one)!
Also, some exciting news, a photo from this wedding was featured in Brides magazine! Yay!
