Oh glory. That’s my new saying when I’m just a tad -actually a lot more than a tad- overwhelmed. Life turned from sitting on the front porch swing (we don’t actually have a front porch swing but go with the analogy anyways) sipping lavender lemonade to well..I haven’t even had the chance to eat supper yet and it’s 10pm. July was a nice month, I truly enjoyed it. In the month of July I only worked my nannying job part-time instead of full time, had a session maybe every other week, not too many meetings, just plain ole’ not too much going on but enough to keep me busy. August however has been crazy and yes I realize it’s only the 3rd. I have three weddings, seven sessions and possibly more to come, multiple meetings planned, full time nannying again, a trip to Maine, David starts up school again, helping a family from Maine move here, oh and we’re thinking about possibly getting a puppy (we haven’t asked our landlord yet *crosses fingers*). Craziness has inhabited my peaceful life…and I couldn’t be happier.
I prayed and prayed and prayed for a full-time job. Check! For multiple weddings. Check! To go to Maine. Check! And for an addition to our family. Partial maybe check! Hah!
And since I’m a bit behind I will leave you with a preview of a recent engagement session I did. I was so excited about the session and then I got even more excited about their wedding when Ashley told me as we were heading back, I love Etsy! A woman after my own heart. An Etsy-ied wedding, yes please!
